Frank May is the owner of The May Team and our listing specialist. Frank works with prospective sellers and negotiates contracts. Frank and Cindy May established The May Team in 2001, and joined RE/MAX Professionals in 2003.

Terra Beyeler is our licensed Closing Manager. Terra oversees the entire escrow process, handling all administrative details following contract acceptance including scheduling inspections, appraisals, signings, and following up with lenders and escrow officers. Terra also acts as our Team Manager, she manages all of our daily office systems and supervises our marketing department.

Tabatha VanGeertry is our licensed Listing Manager. Tabatha manages the listing process and oversees new construction purchases. Tabatha takes care of seller's needs throughout the listing of their home including coordinating all documents, showings, and flyers. While managing the new build process she stays in direct contact with the builder and assists new construction buyers with the inspection and final walk-through process.

Brenda Williams is a licensed Buyer's Agent. Originally from the St. Paul, Minnesota area. Brenda has lived in Arizona for over 20 years and is married with 2 children. As a family they enjoy traveling, skiing and participating in their children's activities. Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to her real estate career, having spent 15 years in corporate America and 5 years in a sales capacity position.
