Frank May

Frank is the owner of the Frank May Team, which he established in 2001. With an eye for distinct properties and an art for negotiation, he oversees team operations. He has handled some of the most distinct properties that the Arizona market has offered in Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

Family, faith, and philanthropy are important with Frank and his wife Cindy, who have been married over 20 years and both work extensively in Uganda and Kenya, Africa. Sommer Larson

Sommer oversees the Frank May Team’s transactions through the entire escrow period, from the point we negotiate a successful purchase to the close of escrow. She liaisons with buyers, sellers, title officers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, and appraisers to ensure a successful closing for each property. Sommer epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Her expansive knowledge covers all phases of residential real estate she has been trained and inspired in real estate having worked in so many of its avenues.

When Sommer has some free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, serving and attending her church, spending time with her 4 dogs along with her husband. Sommer is also involved with 1Mission’s House to House program where she donates a portion of her commission from each home she sells to assist in building a home for a family living in poverty.

Kathy Hill-Epperson


Kathy is a Buyer’s Specialist for the Frank May Team. As your realtor, she will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. Kathy loves working with Buyers and she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data, so you can be a well-equipped buyer with a strong negotiating position. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time realtor, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasant as possible. She is detail oriented, proactive and will work diligently for all her clients.

Kathy was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and has seen tremendous change and growth in the metropolitan area. She has lived and worked in the Phoenix area her entire life and recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living in the Phoenix area. Kathy and her husband have three grown children and two grandchildren. She has attended Phoenix, College, Grand Canyon University, and the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, and reading.


Melanie Baranski


Melanie grew up on the Gulf Coast and moved to Phoenix in 2004.  She was raised to believe that southern hospitality and strong values are a way of life. Her previous work experience provides a strong combination of customer service skills to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.  As a realtor, few things are more rewarding to her than helping her clients find their perfect home. A place where they will raise kids, entertain good friends, or simply relax after a long day’s work. Melanie is able to help you walk smoothly through the complicated and confusing process of buying your home, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone.

Outside of real estate, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and cooking.
