Frank advised us on pricing of the home and what it needed to be most marketable. He suggested contractors to make the needed upgrades, who turned out to be very good and economical. When we moved out of the area, he kept track of the work and kept us informed. He provided the name and contact info for a contractor to make minor repairs required by the home inspection, who also proved to be good and economical. Frank and Lisa arranged for a “stager” to place furniture in the house to best show it off, at no cost to us. They kept us informed of everything as the property progressed through the selling process. We were very pleased with the result and the way they kept us in the loop!
